I still believe Figma is one of the best design tools in the world. That's exactly why my expectations were so high. I genuinely hope next year's Config proves me wrong.

Motion, Shader, and many of the new tools are genuinely impressive. But helping designers go from 95 → 99 only matters if teams still choose Figma to get from 0 → 80. The workflow is still the biggest opportunity.
