The power in Tim Piasentin's game is not up for debate. The Blue Jays prospect naturally generates plus-plus bat speed + power, posting impressive exit velocities 🔥 He could develop into an everyday regular with above-average power.

Sometimes life throws you a curveball and @Keegan7Leary has hit plenty of those over the years. Will he hit another? Time will tell, but we take comfort in the fact he never cheated the game and left it all on the field where he played with joy and knew a lot success. ❤️

Uncommitted 2026 M. INF/CF Quincy Jenkins 6’1 180 Michigan kickback. Outstanding athlete. Plus runner, 6.62 as of September ‘25. Leadoff type hitter. High contact. Line drive approach. Mid-major D1 programs and elite JUCOs should be all over him.

NOT SO FUN FACT OF THE DAY: Toronto Blue Jays infielder Ernie Clement led all of Major League Baseball in dWAR (2.9) and Defensive Runs Saved (22). Yet, we live in a world where he was NOT rewarded with a Gold Glove. I'm truly baffled.

🔦𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 🔦 C/INF Keegan Leary 2026/2027, @DawgsAcademy @PB_Uncommitted 6-foot, 180-pounds Leary put together ✌️strong showings on last year’s preseason showcase scene, posting a max EV of 99.1 mph with an avg of 89.9 mph. The hit tool also appeared during our staff’s in-game look. Showed good defensive traits on the dirt & behind the dish. Quality pickup out of the Dawgs program. ⤵️👍 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 ➡️ loom.ly/OPGTR_Q @Keegan7Leary | #BeSeen🇨🇦

5 total college offers between two cy young winners. Probably not a big deal if your 12 yr old has a rough tournament.

That's an amazing idea! Have a look and spread the word, folks.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT📣: I haven’t been this excited to be part of something new in 15 years… Thrilled to reveal the passion project I’ve been working on for the past year and a half!🙀🥳 It started from my frustration with the depressing effect that the current publishing system has on the well-being of myself, my team, and pretty much every scientist I know (maybe you’ve noticed from my stupid jokes… :) I was exhausted of dealing with the huge delays, reviewers that can be abusive, and how arbitrary it all is. Unfortunately, the most important factors are often WHO your reviewers are and who YOU are... It’s clear we need alternatives or at least ways to improve the situation. So, together with a really special and talented team we worked to develop this idea into “qed” a platform where you can get CONSTRUCTIVE feedback on your own work or CRITICALLY assess other people’s papers. It can be a real difference maker if many of you join us (thousands have tried it already, but today we release a NEW and much stronger version ;) Let’s harness qed to put the power back in the scientists’ hands, to do, to read & to publish science on our own terms. I’m dying for you to TRY IT, and it’s very simple - just drop a paper (the link to the website is in the replies👇) - it’s completely secure, private, and free, and you get results fast. Please show your support, SHARE, tell your friends, and let’s be the revolution 🫵!

Yes! Exciting time for the lab with this study finally out. As @mitocollier says, there's something for all in this paper, including links to Parkinson's related proteins. Grateful to #ASAP and #CIHR and for the hard work of our collaborators and reviewers. 🇨🇦🍻

Drafted in 2017 by Cleveland. DFA’d in 2022. Released by Oakland in 2023. It wasn’t easy but Ernie never gave up. @BlueJays took a chance on our guy from Rochester. Now moving on to the ALCS with his incredible contribution to the postseason. #Clement 💙 #WANTITALL
