@AltcoinSherpa Kids are everywhere, just not in tourist/business areas. Go into apartment neighborhoods or residential districts.

Observations from Korea: -everyone wakes up late; Businesses don't open until 10am. I thought I was back in PR. -Korean bakeries are awesome. This country has some of the best and most bakeries I've had worldwide and I've been to many countries. Great selection, technique, etc. -Koreans are more lively than a lot of other Eastern Asian countries. You see a lot more people out and about. -didn't notice many children around. Maybe it's just because they were all at school or whatever but I didn't even see many moms with babies on the train or anything. Also didn't see any pets in Seoul (more in Busan) -beautiful country overall... Mountainous and nature everywhere. -was kind of surprised the guys weren't more buff / fit given everyone has mandatory military service. This is a general observation for most Asian countries and a lot of people don't take physical workout that seriously from a strength building perspective. But obviously everyone here is skinny and much healthier than your average American -learned a lot about the real estate from my trader friend. It's a wonky system where you have to put down huge deposits of cash in order to simply rent... Bizarre. -there were loads of foreigners in Busan, namely Indians, both visiting and working. Was very surprised to see this since Seoul seemed more homogenous. But maybe just anecdotal and not a real fact -everything is clean, efficient, and well run. I think this would be a decent spot for foreigners to come to if in Asia for the first time (Singapore as well, if only for the language). Good time here in Korea. Food was excellent and sites were also cool

@VladiFilippow @MityaPtu @fillpackart Открыть просто, закрыть трудно. Сто раз почитай об этом перед тем как делать LLC. Но преимущество US entity в щадящем Nexus факторе внутри US, если кор платящие из США будут. Но будь аккуратен:)

@VladiFilippow @fillpackart С ВНЖ супер. По рынку LLC от $250 до $750, зависит от фирмы и пакета. Если услуги оказываешь за рубежом, нет сотрудников/офиса, то в США 0%. Если получаешь роялти, то придётся поебаться с бухгалтерией: одни считают это доходом из США, другие нет.

@WangChangHardy I had no idea Japanese and western ideas on law and morals were so different, but the speration of law and morals is not from Christianity. The western view derives from ideas from the French enlightenment and the Italian Renaissance.

この考え方は普通の日本人には理解できない。強く西洋の考え方、キリスト教の考え方であるから。日本人（や東アジア人）に社会のルールに超越する「内心の道徳」はない。それらに従うことがほぼイコール「道徳」である。だからこの主張は法律違反したい人の言い訳に聞こえている。

@almalmusi @PierreDeWulf Abu Dhabi is just as hot and still car-heavy, but they at least invest in parks, shaded streets, and pedestrian zones. Dubai doesn’t even try. Weather isn’t the problem, the complete absence of urban planning is.

@PierreDeWulf You critique the urban planning that makes it difficult to walk between districts, but then then concede it's too hot to want to walk longer distances. You can't optimize for both, hence why I regret my life choices whenever I drive into a European city with more than 30k people.

First time in Dubai, it feels like the hybrid of Singapore energy but with bad US urban planning. Young people from all countries and cranes everywhere. It's probably what happens when a country wants to build instead of debating permits for 25 years like 🇫🇷. The city seems organized into small areas, where inside the areas you can kind of walk around, but to go from one area to another is almost impossible without a car. I am seriously impressed by the food and hotel quality. I expected Las Vegas level, but it was more on par with Japan. Way more expensive though. If it weren't 45°C outside 4 months a year, I think I could take the leap and try to live there. inb4: "but this is easy with oil money" -> only 1% of GDP of Dubai is coming from oil.

@PxlHulk You're mad about unrealized gains tax forcing sales on paper profits, but ignore that for 20+ years people with savings accounts overpaid massively — taxed on fictional 4-6% returns when real interest was often 0-0.5%. Thousands lost billions in overpayments. Now not fair?

@mizmyerz Либо тс не был в Токио, либо вообще не умеет пользоваться картами. Десятки заведений с нормальными видами и европейскими завтраками. Надо было доехать из своего хуево-кукуево до гинзы, например.

боже храни страны, в которых ЕСТЬ ЗАВТРАК похожий на ЗАВТРАК в заведениях и ты вот можешь просто зайти и поесть утром в тепле и возле окошечка, и завтрак красивый и вкусный, и тебе видно дневной свет, а не как в Токио, где только рыба с рисом или суп-каша из соплей в каком-нибудь подвале без окон

Вот это кстати очень сука важный вопрос. Все границы, бумаги, ограничения, прикрепления к поликлиникам — это плод чего? Откуда оно? Почему нельзя взять и поехать жить и работать туда, куда хочется?

Всего 2 года вышки и начинаешь выглядеть как героиновый наркоман
