@MixcloudSupport Having trouble uploading a new show. As the uploading progress reaches 100%, it then goes back to the upload screen. There is no option to publish.

@spacewardash Hi @broonk81, that will depend on the device you're using. A quick way to do this is deleting & reinstalling the app. If that doesn't help, please contact us via help.mixcloud.com/hc/en-us/reque… confirming your device model & OS version so we can assist further.

@MixcloudSupport I currently cannot access the Mixcloud website, I keep getting a "Access to mixcloud.com was denied You don't have the user rights to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403" message :(

@RadioFiets @mixcloud Hi there, you can stream from mobile devices if the app you're using allows streaming via RTMP protocol. We appreciate your suggestion of streaming directly via the Mixcloud app, and have passed this feedback on to the relevant teams for review.

I would love to have a feature in the Mixcloud app to livestream to Mixcloud from a mobile phone. With Dual Screen mode like Rode Capture app. @mixcloud @MixcloudSupport

@MixcloudSupport Let your engineers know that their error messages are sharing too much information to the frontend. In the browser console I get "Can't connect to MySQL server on mysql-primary.db.svc.cluster.local", and that address tells me you're running mixcloud on Kubernetes lol
