The issue with starting live events has now been resolved.

Some users may be having trouble starting new live events. Our engineers are investigating the issue, we will update as soon as we have more information.

Loading times for all users should now be back to normal.

Creators and listeners may be experiencing increased loading times accessing Mixlr. Our engineers are investigating the issue and we hope to have an update soon.

The issue affecting Live Stream URLs has now been resolved.

Some Pro users may be experiencing issues with their Live Stream URL. Our engineers are looking into this as a matter of urgency. Mixlr channels on web and mobile apps are broadcasting as normal. We will update when we have more information.

Our email services provider has now resolved their issues, automated emails should now be coming through as normal.
