Why is peanut butter “bad”?? It’s not the health food it’s marketed to be. Peanuts aren’t nuts they’re legumes and one of the highest foods in mold and mycotoxins. On top of that, peanut butter concentrates unstable fats that oxidize and drive inflammation and blood sugar swings. If you tolerate nut butters, cleaner options exist but peanuts are often a non starter.

@kenny5alive Never in my life dealt with anxiety until last year. Recently started taking 1 T of MCT oil daily for another purpose, & I’ve noticed far fewer incidents of anxiety, & if they do occur they are far less severe. I can’t guarantee the oil is making the difference, but u could try

I love how sports unites us as a people😂 No matter your age, sex, background the entire UM fanbase 1 big family. Go to the Big House or Crisler Center, its like a reunion. You didnt know the person next to you when you got there but you leave best friends😂 Just nothin like it🥹

@GrantSlatton My son was barely 8 & we went to a dentist known for being inexpensive. They insisted he needed preventive fillings because he had deep crevices in his molars. I said absolutely not & never took him back. Fast forward 20 years, kid still has no cavities. What a scam!

insane that we tolerate living in a society where you can go see one dentist and he's like "ya u have 13 cavities, will be $4000 to fix them all" then see another and he's like "that guy was full of shit and trying to scam you, you're fine" ???

Also $IBRX realistically closed above the breakout level of $8.80 - Looking forward to tomorrow’s price action. $NBIS also super super strong these past few days. Our portfolio has been amazing in these downfalls. If $QQQ & $SPY recover 6-7% I can’t imagine our gains!
