@virginmedia What is she actually paying for if nothing got installed. Virgin should have checked the address needed digging before installation. She’s not to know that.

@virginmedia She didn’t have it for longer then 5 days and never had a installation or set because they wanted to dig up a new garden. It says you can cancel after 14 days? That’s silly

@virginmedia So I’ve rang on behalf of my mum the number above and they are saying we need a password which she has forgot already as has memory problems

@virginmedia Been no install because they wanted to dig the garden up and my mum didn’t want that. So no won’t be using virgin. We want to know if it’s cancelled and how to send the equipment back.

@Mizels Hi Mizel, there are two options- an engineer installation or self install, if you're mum is going to struggle to set this up herself, if you give us a call on 150/ 0345 454 1111 we can arrange for a technician to come and help :) ^AR

@virginmedia We had a enginnier come round and wanted to dig up a garden so we don’t want the service anymore. Try ringing this number to cancel and they won’t let me on behalf of my mum who can’t talk.
