April 2020 I’d post something new since my hands have greatly improved in 2 years but I’ve been very self conscious about my current weight and athleticism. I don’t claim to be amazing and can kick anyones ass but I love doing this, it feels good physically and mentally.

@Ericrse37986 It can and does. What the US gives is a drop in the bucket, and gives large dividends including Israeli tech. In fact, racist, Israel not only funded but built the Iron Dome itself. It gave our military the tech for nothing, and uses our contractors (which will stop soon)
