LLB is one of the simplest degrees in South Africa. That is why it doesn't need Pure Mathematics, just Maths Lit and a high APS (Admission Point Score) are enough in most SA universities. If we want to insult non LLB holders let's be intelligible about it.

The Pretoria High Court has made final its ruling in the case between Ngizwe Mchunu and Julius Malema.
This means Mchunu must pay legal costs and is barred from making defamatory remarks about Malema going forward.

Breaking News:
The High Court in Pretoria has this morning granted a final order against #NgizweMchunu in favour of @Julius_S_Malema following Mchunu’s defamatory and unlawful remarks he made against Malema.
Court order ordered Mchunu to pay Malema’s legal costs on a punitive scale.
Mchunu has earlier today and after the initial court order granted barring him from making defamatory remarks, continued to do so.
Highly likely that Malema will bring urgent Contempt of Court application

Mchunu has also been ordered not to defame Malema further & he has to pay costs on a punitive scale. The actual determination of damages will be set down later.

This matter must be treated carefully. I do not think that the prosecutor could just decide not to show up in court, especially on such a high profile matter.
I hope that the prosecutor will be given proper and adequate audience.
The current situation is RSA is not normal. Professionals are being murdered at an unprecedented rate, for doing their work.
