Even if people tell me to play Chinese-developed games, with my 7 years experience in that market I already outwit them all without even trying. HI3, PGR and WuWa were enough for me to predict their moves.
I still choose JP and KR games personally.

mind you, wuwa wasn't made for mobile it's made for pc. and you can tell the devs are actively trying to lower gb size. genshin has almost 50gb not even being that high quality. why is genshins gb size so big when huge updates aren't even being made?

@MnbeeAce right? Like, in nikke, the rates are good enough that you'll get off banners on the side. In a 50/50 game, if you go to hard pity and lose, the unit you get is more or less worthless so it's just a huge pile of suck, especially if you have to hit hard pity to hit your guarantee

Nikke has 4% SSR rates, 200 pull spark that carries over to spend on any new nikke when they come out, even 1%, lims or collabs. Dupes are a small statistical upgrade, so you're never pressured to get them. 50/50 gachas are mega scams, and that's from someone who plays both types

Respectfully there are MANY great companies that support just as much if not more in some aspects, less in others, there is no #1. It’s just business.
Different companies specialize and focus on different parts of their community, and this purely depends on the patch by patch campaign and what fits best for ROI.

They DID innovate though with their amazing copyright free policy on their IP and Music/Game where legit MAJORITY OF all music or content they create that’s official
Can be repurposed or used for video editors work, artist use even for their business, even IF it’s not related to anything HoYo.
(It’s why video content creators use HoYo ost for their YT videos, even if they don’t play HoYo games)
It’s genius and insane the majority of their HUGE content catalogue can be used this way with no repercussions.
But they are not the only company that supports their community at the level they do. There are Several great game companies out there.

Hoyo supports their creators on a level that barely anybody can reasonably match. Yesterday’s a good example. All that Silverwolf fanart with similar compositions, that had to of been organized. They’ve got fandom down a science & built systems that benefitted everyone
