Don't forget how Derrick Rose balled out in the 2021 playoffs. He came off the bench in Game 1. Dropped 26 to steal Game 2 and even the series, and played so well Thibs moved him into the starting lineup for good. The injuries and the years took the explosiveness he had in Chicago, but he was still such a smooth operator. Still got into the paint whenever he wanted, still finished like the defense like he was still in his prime. At 32 and after his fair share of injuries, he led the team in scoring at 19.4 on 47.6% from the floor. Knicks may have lost the series, but Derrick Rose helped put the Knicks back on the map.
