MoDOT doesn’t put litter on our roads—but we do have to pick it up. When trash isn’t disposed of properly, our crews spend time and resources cleaning it instead of improving Missouri’s roads. Keep MO clean. 🚯

Not-so-fun fact: nearly 208,000 bags of trash were removed from Missouri Right of Ways JUST IN 2025. Like, COME ON PEOPLE!! Raccoons are cute and all, but lets all do our part to not give them any more trash to rate! ♻️🦝

Falling snow and strong winds can quickly reduce visibility, making travel more challenging. Even if most surfaces seem fine, bridges and overpasses can freeze with the cold overnight temperatures. Stay alert and check current conditions before you go: traveler.modot.org/map
