Had a productive conversation with the @gammaldives on how we can work together to further drive the tourism industry in Maldives. The success of Maldives tourism is a testament to the government-industry partnership, and I will ensure that we maintain and enhance this partnership for the benefit of all.

HEP Dr @Muizzu’s address to Majlis today not only outlined a shared vision but the collective aspirations of all Maldivians. From ensuring the sustainable growth of tourism, to enhancing climate action and renewable energy investments, building a resilient economy is indeed critical. We will work to strengthen the transport networks, incentivize tourist resort development, and reach the target of 2.3 million tourists this year. We will ensure provision of safe water and sanitation for all, find a sustainable solution to waste management, and bring the benefits of renewable energy direct to households. Under President Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s guidance, we will all work together to build a better future for all.

ރާއްޖޭގައި މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ ހުރިހައި ރަށެއްގައި އެކަށީގެންވާ ފެންވަރުގެ ކުނި މެނޭޖްކުރުމުގެ ނިޒާމްތައް މިއަހަރު ގާއިމުކޮށް ނިންމުމަށް އަޅުގަނޑު ވާނީ ކަނޑައަޅާފައި. އަދި މި މަޝްރޫޢުގެ ތެރެއިން ފާއިތުވެދިޔަ އަހަރު 17 ރަށެއްގައި ޒަމާނީ ފެންވަރުގެ މަރުކަޒުތައް ގާއިމްކޮށް ކުނި މެނޭޖްކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ވަނީ ފެށިފައި - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

މި އަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި މާލެއާއި ހުޅުމާލޭގެ ފެނުގެ ވިޔުގަ ގުޅާލުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ނިންމާ މާލެ ސަރަހައްދަށް ފެން ފޯރުކޮށްދިނުމަށް ސިނަމާލެ ބްރިޖްމަތީގައި އަޅާފައިވާ ހޮޅި ބޭނުންކުރަންފެށޭނެ. އަދި މާލެ ސަރަހައްދުގައި ފެން އުފެއްދޭ މިންވަރު މި އަހަރު ތެރޭގައި 25% އިތުރު ކުރެވޭނެ. ހަމައެއާއެކު މާލޭ ސަރަހައްދުގައި ފެން ރައްކާ ކުރުމުގެ ޤާބިލުކަން މިއަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި %30 އިތުރު ކުރެވޭނެ - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

ބައެއް ރަށްރަށުގެ ބަނދަރު ބޮޑުކުރަން ޖެހޭ. ވީމާ، ސަރުކާރުގެ ބަޖެޓުން ޖާގަ ލިބޭ މިންވަރަކުން މި ކަންކަން ޙައްލު ކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް މިއަހަރު ވެސް ކުރިއަށް ދާނެ. 2024 ވަނަ އަހަރު 9 ބަނދަރެއްގެ މަސައްކަތް ނިންމިން. އޭގެ އިތުރަށް 52 ރަށެއްގެ ބަނދަރުގެ މަސައްކަތް މިހާރު ވެސް ކުރެވެމުން އެބަދޭ. އަދި މިއަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި މީގެ އިތުރުން 10 ރަށެއްގައި ބަނދަރުގެ މަޝްރޫޢު ފެށިގެންދާނެ - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

33 އިންސައްތަ އިއާދަކުރަނިވި ހަކަތައިގެ ޓާގެޓަށް ވާސިލުވުމަށް ވެސް މި ދަނީ ބުރަ މަސައްކަތްތަކެއް ކުރަމުން. އެގޮތުން، އިރުގެ އަލިން 15 މެގަ ވޮޓްގެ ކަރަންޓު އުފައްދާ ނިޒާމު ފާއިތުވެދިޔަ އަހަރު ވާނީ އިތުރުކުރެވިފައި - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

"5 މިލިއަން ގަސް މަޝްރޫޢު" ގެ ދަށުން ފާއިތުވެދިޔަ އަހަރު 450,000 ގަސް ވަނީ އިންދާފައި. އަދި 4.2 މިލިއަން ގަސް އިންދުމަށް އެކިއެކި ފަރާތްތަކުން ޝައުޤުވެރިކަން ވަނީ ފާޅުކުރައްވާފައި - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

މި ސަރުކާރު އައި އިރު ރާއްޖޭގައި މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ 187 ރަށުގެ ތެރެއިން ފެނުގެ ޚިދުމަތް ލިބެނީ 86 ރަށަށް. ނަރުދަމާގެ ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދެވެމުންދަނީ 99 ރަށަށް. މިވީ 1 އަހަރާއި 2 މަސްތެރޭ މިހާރު އިތުރު 45 ރަށެއްގެ ފެނުގެ ޚިދުމަތް އަދި 40 ރަށެއްގެ ނަރުދަމާގެ ޚިދުމަތް ޤާއިމްކޮށް ވާނީ ނިންމާފާ. ފެނުގެ ޚިދުމަތް ނުލިބި އޮތް 56 ރަށާއި ނަރުދަމާގެ ޚިދުމަތް ނުލިބި އޮތް 45 ރަށުގެ މަސައްކަތް އިރާދަކުރެއްވިއްޔާ ކުރިއަށް އޮތް 2 އަހަރު ތެރޭ މުޅިން ނިންމާ 2026 ނިމުމުގެ ކުރިން، ރާއްޖޭގައި މީހުން ދިރިއުޅޭ ހުރިހައި ރަށަކަށް ފެނާއި ނަރުދަމާގެ ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދީ ނިމޭނެ - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ

އެންމެ ބޮޑަށް ރަށްގިރުމުގެ މައްސަލަ ދިމާވެފައިވާ ރަށްތަކަށް އަވަސް ޙައްލުތަކެއް ހޯދައި، މާތް ﷲ ގެ ވާގިފުޅާއެކު، މިއަހަރުގެ ތެރޭގައި ފުޅާދާއިރާއެއްގައި ނަތީޖާ ނެރެވިގެންދާނެ. މިގޮތުން ރަށްގިރުމުގެ މައްސަލަ ޙައްލުކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން 57 ރަށެއްގައި މަޝްރޫޢު މިއަހަރު ކުރިއަށް ގެންދެވޭނެ - ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާ
