Doing some work on fostering age-friendly neighbourhoods for @H2020Shapes and finding this guide by @AGE_PlatformEU useful. All are important but I especially want to highlight using 'we' and 'us' pronouns...we're all ageing, we're just at different stages of the ageing process.
