@styropyro_ Wow, very nice setup! Thanks for sharing. I was full wide at f/2.8, 1/60,with high ISO on the A7siii, and it was very dark. I'll have to get a faster lens and try slowing the shutter in the future.

@MoTorChaser i was shooting with a f/0.95 lens on a sony FX6 at very high ISO. it's not exactly an easy setup to use in the midst of chasing but it is like filming with night vision. my shutter was only 1/60 here too when i should have been shooting 1/30

@styropyro_ Awesome intercept! I'm so glad you got a shot confirming ground contact. I wasn't certain from my position just east, but I thought I could hear it! . I also believe there was a brief tornado just before this one. How did you shoot this to get such a good exposure?

This was recorded at roughly 6:25PM and my position is 38.972376N 88.456527W looking south. It was on the ground for at least 3 minutes. I believe there was also a separate tornado briefly before this (maybe a cyclonic/anticyclonic pair?)
