@boringmarketer Awesome work and thanks for sharing! 🙏 Could you please elaborate or point me to more info on #7 and #11. These md files sound important and helpful but not sure where they fit in the flow.

15 tips I picked up from a 2 week sprint to build a fully functional saas product with claude code (yes it's a vibe marketing tool, will launch soon!) 1) Claude Code in the terminal as the workhorse 2) GPT-5 to fix bugs, map features, build roadmaps 3) Used subagents a lot for UX/UI improvements (spin up subagents for UI, UX, brand, etc. to fix my onboarding flow) 4) Used Claude Code to identify security vulnerabilities...but got extra feedback from a senior engineer -- super helpful 5) the first 10 days were the easiest, the hardest is getting the final pieces over the finish line 6) Step back and simplify, at first I was over engineering for an initial v1 -- claude will do this. Kept asking it to find the most direct path/elegant solutions 7) Constant refreshes of current_status md, claude md, etc. helpful to also work on the overarching product vision from the get go and make sure you and clode are "aligned" 8) sometimes I get the best UI results from claude when I don't try so hard to tell it to make an awesome UI ... I just let it cook and work on pieces incrementally 9) RECORD USER SESSIONS, PASTE TRANSCRIPT BACK TO CLAUDE CODE ... this was so helpful to fix now obvious issues 10) Used Opus 4.1 basically the whole time, it's impressive but misses out on key details that gpt-5 can catch 11) Sometimes when I was in a "vibe vortex" and couldn't climb out I'd update my .mds have claude summarize the current issues and start a fresh session -- helpful to empty the context and start with a blank slate 12) Neon databases w/ Drizzle ORM > everything ... easiest path I've found to allowing claude to write migrations etc. directly 13) Clerk for auth was really easy to work with 14) tried a few payment processors, not sure why (lemonsqueezy, etc.) stripe is the easiest 15) biggest challenge is that it turned into a LOT MORE WORK than I thought to build something production level especially those last few things that help to and an engineer's POV
