@bishnuda1 Sadly if you had checked out troubleshoot properly or a simple troubleshoot video on our youtube (when you buy an eSIM, you get an email with all these troubleshoot links), you would've known how to email them. Anyway, since you didn't do any of that email support@mobimatter.com

@MobiMatter It was designed so poorly , didn't help. Alternatively there sould be better customer support including email address must be provided to reach easily. However , it was disppointing and frustrating. First impression is last impression

@MobiMatter the eSim purchased online, didn't work and it didn't serve the purpose. Support system is as good as next to non existnece. So please refund if you are honest.

@bishnuda1 the troubleshoot link is literally a guiding system to help you navigate your issue. in the end you open a ticket which is reviewed by customer care and they email you back with the solution.
