We need a mass campaign communicating to the slow and ignorant that masks don't work. Everyone else knows it, but instead of shaming or demeaning those who wear them (as they did us when we didn't), we need to overcommunicate their ineffectiveness.

@PewReligion Such a sad reflection on Christianity in America today. If you call yourself a follower of Jesus perhaps you should consider following Him and His Word rather than fear, self-interest, party politics, etc. (sharing as a middle class, middle age white male evangelical missionary)
