Mobilizers, We Need You! Proposed OMB Rule Could Put Recovery Funding and Services at Risk The proposed rule would give agencies broader power to terminate grants, increase political influence in funding decisions, restrict costs like conferences and outreach, limit international collaboration, and more. For the recovery community, this could threaten the stable support millions rely on. Federal funding helps prevent overdose, expand treatment access, support long-term recovery, train the workforce, and fund life-saving community programs. A new proposal from the Office of Management and Budget could create serious uncertainty for all of it. Find out how you can help stop this.
