If you haven't watched our breakdown of the denial of Karen Read's and Aidan Kearney's AntiSLAPP motions on @defense_diaries YT ... you're missing out. Lindsay Stacchini, the NJ married woman who admittedly catfished Paul O’Keefe with the sole intent of publicly humiliating him, his wife Erin, and their children during his brother’s murder trial, has shown herself to be devoid of any moral compass. The charges she’s brought against Aidan Kearney for publishing the story she wanted told are politically motivated and on behalf of truly despicable individuals. Paul and Aidan are Stacchini’s victims in this situation. Whether the McAlberts / Morrissey orchestrated this from the beginning or later exploited an unstable woman for their own purposes is beside the point. They are using both her and the judicial system in the hope of having Kearney’s bail revoked, all to gain an advantage in their upcoming loser witness intimidation case. Only the morally bankrupt would weaponize innocent families to settle scores and advance an agenda. Defending this shows that your sole objective is revenge against Aidan for telling the Karen Read story, or a personal vendetta. It’s indefensible. Attorney Michael Bryant (@JusticeServedTV) highlights exactly what is transpiring. 📺 youtu.be/tpSztV3Bu7g?si…

Republicans that want to vote for DA need to change their party to unenrolled at least 10 days before the September 1st primary. Do it now and confirm with City Hall before the 10 day deadline. You can do it in person at city hall or online. sec.state.ma.us/ovr/
Adam Deitch for District Attorney@adamdeitch

Nothing beats face-to-face conversations on the porch. Our volunteers (and Adam!) are out across Norfolk County week in and week out talking directly with voters about our positive vision for the future of the DA's Office — and we could use as many hands on deck as we can get! 🔥 A North Carolina woman has vanished without a trace while on vacation in the Caribbean. Elizabeth “Liz” Waddell, (44), a physical therapist from Cary, North Carolina, was vacationing on the island of Grenada when she disappeared Wednesday morning. Authorities say she was last seen around 8:00 a.m. near the popular Grand Anse Beach in St. George’s. Since then…there's been nothing. Liz is married to Cailen Waddell, the operations manager for the Town of Cary's Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department in North Carolina. According to local reports, her husband was not with her on the trip when she disappeared, but traveled down on Friday to help look for her. Police are specifically asking fishermen, boat operators and residents along Grenada's southern coastline to report any sightings or information that could help locate Waddell. Liz founded her own physical therapy practice, earned a doctorate from UNC-Chapel Hill, and is described by friends and family as compassionate, adventurous, and deeply loved. #ElizabethWaddell #NorthCarolina #Missing

📌 Commonwealth v. Nicholas O’Malley Pretrial conference Discovery is NOT complete. According to the Commonwealth’s own pretrial conference report, they’re still missing: 🔹 Remaining Grand Jury minutes 🔹 Complete MSP Crime Lab toxicology file 🔹 Complete Boston Police FAU file 🔹 Any additional materials generated after the report The defense isn’t filing motions to compel yet because they’re waiting to review what the Commonwealth is finally required to turn over. After that, they intend to file specific discovery motions if necessary. The filing also estimates: 🔹 Jury trial expected to last 1–2 weeks 🔹 Commonwealth expects 10–12 witnesses 🔹 Defense expects 8–10 witnesses Discovery is supposed to be the foundation of a fair trial. When the prosecution acknowledges it still hasn’t completed automatic discovery, it’s reasonable to ask why key materials remain outstanding this far into the case. February 7, 2027, is the current deadline for notice of defenses. This case is just getting started. #NicholasOMalley #Justice #DueProcess

A primer on unethical reporting and the priorities of certain media: Every publication prides itself on thorough, accurate and ethical reporting. A lot of work — and a system of checks and balances— is supposed to be put into place to hopefully ensure that a publisher will NEVER have to issue a correction. If someone takes issue with an article but the publisher has an out because there was some ambiguity, a publisher will take that “out” and do anything to avoid having to publish a correction. Issuing a correction is a black eye to the reporter, certainly. It signals to future editors that she cannot be trusted. But it is also embarrassing to the editors and the publisher, who are forced to admit that they failed at their jobs as well. So now we come to @GretchenVoss64’s agenda-driven hit piece in @BostonMagazine. People ask why someone would not grant an interview to a reporter like her. You don’t grant someone like that an interview because you would be giving an untrustworthy person control over your words. She’s not seeking the truth, she’s advancing her own narrative, irrespective of (and often contrary to) the truth. And given her lack of ethics, she will take a quote from you and publish it out of context to make it appear as though you said something that you didn’t. To try to make you look bad to advance her agenda. As an aside, those dangers are exactly why any criminal defense attorney will advise a client never to speak to the police. I chose not to speak with @GretchenVoss6 because I knew her to be untrustworthy. And sure enough, she was so blinded by her own bias that she took an old quote of mine out of context and made it appear as though I said something that I didn’t. In the process, of course, she unwittingly proved what her intentions would have been had I agreed to speak with her in the first place. And by doing so, she put her magazine in legal jeopardy. Shame on her. You can bet that when @BostonMagazine received my demand for a correction, they panicked. They consulted with their legal department, who advised them that there was no “out.” They recognized that it was one of the strongest defamation claims that could exist, because @GretchenVoss64 acted with actual malice and there was zero defense to what she did. They were loathe to do it but they had no choice. They issued the correction and hoped that would put the issue to bed. I’m told, however, that the print edition still exists. I haven’t decided yet whether to take any further action regarding that clear defamation. In addition, there are many other inaccuracies in her “article” (although I will likely leave it to others to demand those corrections). For now, it is just satisfying — once again — to have exposed corruption.

Last night I did a multi part presentation on Lindsay S. more famously known as the woman who set out to embarrass, humiliate, and hurt Paul O’Keefe. After looking at a good amount of material, it appears it had less to do with impacting POK, although it certainly must have, but more to do with putting herself in a position to control and have authority over not only Paul but Aidan as well. There is an overall common in the fraction of posts and tweets I was able to read before the account was shut down after 1am Friday. She sure did take some sort of pleasure acting as the shot caller in this sick game. She tried to play both of them like a yo-yo offering information, then pulling back when her expectations weren’t met. When all else failed, she would make demands mixed with claims that Paul would go to extreme lengths to expose or harass her and her family. I don’t believe anything she claimed Paul was doing to her. If you believe she was lying about Paul, then I would contend she’s lying about Aidan. When the article was written, the control was gone, there’s only one way out as a married woman..blame the controversial guy you will say manipulated you and ingratiate yourself to the sympathetic figure, his family and adopt their theory KR guilty because that’s mandatory for this to work. More later @DoctorTurtleboy

I believe every U.S. citizen should be concerned about the corruption in Norfolk County. The system is PPP. Press Prosecution and Police have banded together to trample on far too many peoples basic Constitutional rights. Vote Adam Deitch to clean up corruption. #johnokeefe
