@MoeMaster6 @revenant_MMXX I’ll give you credit for this as well, it was an egregious alteration from OG but it’s not the only instance. There are plenty more instances that were handled terribly.

I didn't have a PlayStation as a kid, so I didn't play FF7 until well into adulthood. I have no nostalgia for it and no clouded childhood memories of it, and I still think it's one of the most beautiful RPGs ever made. Square-Enix showed massive conceit by remaking it.

@evildeadfan420 @revenant_MMXX I say negative things about it. I hate the whole Dyne story changes and also the desert prison just feels like another town. Rebirth recaptured the feel of traveling the world with your friends. Added great lore to the world and made it come alive. That isn't toxic. I just enjoy

I can say this because it is honest but can still enjoy all the lore for Final Fantasy VII that the compilation of FF7 isn't perfect and has a lot of flaws. However, I can appreciate the lore and expansion on characters because it helped me understand everything more for FF7RT 🫡
