I condemn in the strongest terms the overnight Iranian strike on a Qatari gas facility. We are working towards a swift resolution to the situation in the Middle East, in the best interests of the British people – because there is no question that ending the war is the quickest way to reduce the cost of living.

The attacks coming from Iran toward the UAE prove one thing: this regime isn’t targeting a country, it’s targeting 200+ nationalities living in safety and stability. A Palestinian woman was killed after a missile hit her car in Abu Dhabi. An Iranian, Sudanese, Indian, Pakistani all injured. 157 injuries with 6 fatalities and 2 UAE soldiers martyred. All from different nationalities. Let me make this perfectly clear: Missiles don’t check passports. Drones don’t ask where you’re from. Shame on any Arab applauding this and saying the GCC deserves it. Shame on anyone justifying it when all international laws are broken by the Islamist regime in Iran. When you target the UAE, you target the world living together in one place. And that says everything.
