If you have followed my posts for the past few days, you would notice that I have been spending a lot of time discussing the importance of understanding the relationships of Public-Private Partnerships with organizations such as the WHO, the UN, and our own governments. The Public-Private Partnership is a network of stakeholder capitalists, non-profit foundations, policy think tanks, NGOs, charities, academic institutions, and self-proclaimed global leaders. This network controls global financing and the global economy and sets global policy-making via the IMF and IPCC, with the media partners paving the way. According to its own website, "the IMF has three critical missions: furthering international monetary cooperation, encouraging the expansion of trade and economic growth, and discouraging policies that would harm prosperity. To fulfill these missions, IMF member countries work collaboratively with each other and with other international bodies." "The IPCC provides governments at all levels with scientific information they can use to develop climate policies. The IPCC is an organization of governments that are members of the United Nations or the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). The IPCC currently has 195 members." So once the PPPs set the global policy, they identify a problem and find a solution, create a consensus and voilà...the policy framework is set. The stakeholders work together to make sure the set of desired policies are developed, implemented and enforced. None of this requires specific legislation by our governments.
