मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाला यह वीडियो महाराष्ट्र के वसई का है। संदीप पवार नामी एक दरिंदे ने चार वर्षीय बच्चे को पूरी ताक़त से सड़क पर पटख दिया। बच्चे का नाम विघ्नेश है उसके पिता का संदीप के साथ विवाद चल रहा था। संदीप ने उसकी सज़ा चार वर्षीय मासूम को दी है।
