Meet Sabitha Darawath a B.Tech ECE graduate from Osmania University and a tribal woman whose journey from being married immediately after Intermediate to becoming a DSP of Telangana🔥
She completed her 10th standard in 2011 with 569/600 marks, emerging as her school topper. She then scored 948/1000 in Intermediate and secured admission to IIIT Allahabad. However, her parents decided to get her married immediately after Intermediate, and she had to let go of that opportunity.
But her story did not end there.
With the support of her in-laws and her husband, she continued her education, cleared the state entrance exam, and secured a seat in ECE at Osmania University. She graduated in 2017 and was placed at Accenture with a package of ₹4 LPA.
After working for two years, she cracked the TGPSC VRO exam in 2019 and later cleared Group 4 in 2024.
Every day, she travelled nearly 6 hours up and down to reach her workplace. Yet she never stopped chasing her dreams.
What makes her achievement even more remarkable is that she managed all of this while being a mother of three children.
Today, she has achieved State Rank 303 in Group 1 and is now appointed as DSP.
Sadly, even today, many men still harass their wives for dowry, try to control their choices, and feel insecure when their wives achieve success.
Sabitha Dharavath's journey is not just a success story; it is proof of what becomes possible when a woman is given support instead of restrictions.
