This Shabbos marks the 1st day of the month of Adar. This year is different, however, because we have 2 months of Adar. There is a special merit to finding joy within each day of Adar—especially in years like this when there are 2 Adars. With 60 days of Adar, finding joy within each one, the Lubavitcher Rebbe explains, we can apply the principle of בטל בששים—kosher law that allows nullification in 60:1 ratios. May all of the tears and pain of the Jewish people be nullified within the small pockets of joy we can find within each of the 60 days of Adar. Good shabbos, good Shabbos!

Earlier today, I had the merit of taking @MoishFrancesa on a tour of Shaarei Chesed and Rechavia. It was memorizing (but hardly surprising) to hear the stories of his youth—back when he spent entire nights learning b’chavrusa with Rav Shlomo Zalman and Rav Gustman. #NumbahOne

Someone Klapped that ‘V’sain Tal Umatar’ reminder a bit too hard…

@MoishFrancesa Lot of people asking how to pronounce Meitscheter. Can you help us out?

Mazal Tov @MoishFrancesa on 2k followers! Major accomplishment!

@MoishFrancesa Moish, you are a legend, but you are wrong about this one. When guys klop for Al Hanisim that is unnecessary especially on day 7 and 8 of chanukah. But Mashiv Haruach, which requires a repeated amidah, can have a klop on day 3.
