It isn’t understanding from my sources in the British Superbike paddock that Andy Irwin has purchased TAS & PBM’s 2025 Ducati Panigale’s to run his own project in 2026, assuming BSB class.
Nothing announced yet but that would be spicy. Thoughts on this?

@BromfieldDan @RacingArmchair What a ridiculous take. I'm not the biggest fan of either of the Irwins but I respect any rider capable of qualifying on a BSB grid & putting it all on the line for us fans to watch, just for "fans" like u to make comments like that!

@RacingArmchair @Nufc9Ian I agree. Hope for a resolution to suit all parties. I imagine a lot goes on behind the scenes that we don't know about regarding MSVR and Stuart Higgs, the organisers do a great job IMO and the product is better to watch than WSB and MotoGP.

Hearing talk of trouble for the Advocates Ducati team already. Rumours of certain people being let go from the team already & the plug being pulled. Very strange circumstances that have surrounded that team from the off with the announcement of Foggy, only for him to pull out!

Hope someone does for Tommy's sake but I can't see him paying for a ride.

@RacingArmchair @Nufc9Ian Yes you would think so but the question is where as he and the organisers will want him on something competitive. Decent rides pretty much all gone now unless he can go to sencat on a second bike if advocates don't run. Not sure where else he could go or would want to go.

@FirebladeRR6 Certainly most of the ‘big names’… nothing on Hawk. They really have kept their options close to their chest. I don’t know anyone who is spilling the beans. As for Andy, there are a few options being kicked around at the moment. He brings good backing…

@RacingArmchair Redding very capable on PBM ducati as well.
Plus Ray, Skinner and Kent on yamahas (if rumours are true) are all possible race winners/championship contenders.
BSB goes from strength to strength from my point of view.

Going to be a very exciting year in BSB. Redding. Bridewell. Ryde. Irwin. Haslam. All capable of making a Ducati to fast.
Ray on a Yamaha. Iddo on a Yamaha. Both capable riders & one ex BSB champion.
Vickers on a Honda with something to prove.
Going to be very good indeed!

It’s looming. Tommy to Advocates? Rumour is Harvey Beltran will be involved with the team, which makes sense why Tommy would have a last min change of heart from Honda if he in fact does pop up there. Can’t see where else he could go now though.
