Howdy Cherbears! ❤️I hope y'all have been well these last few months. I wanted to finally put an update post here on my socials to let y'all know what's been going on and what the future of my content is going to be looking like. For those of y'all who don't know, I have a chronic illness called Crohn's Disease which basically causes inflammation in my GI tract. I've been fighting this illness for a few years now, but I haven't been able to get it in remission despite trying multiple medications. The last few months I've been dealing with a particularly bad flare up which is why I haven't been streaming, leaving me mostly bed bound from my symptoms.❤️‍🩹 With the disease being as aggressive as it is and my body not responding to regular treatment options, I've been seeking out even more specialized care in hopes of finding a long term solution. In the meantime I'm taking medication to keep the symptoms at bay. I wish I had a better idea of when my health would improve, but my condition is so fickle I can't really promise anything. It could be months before I see any real improvements, especially while I'm still waiting for a doctor's appointment to become available to me. In the meantime, I've been working on a set up that should allow me to stream from my laptop in bed. ✨The quality of my streams might be a little different temporarily as I work with a more limited set up, but I think I should be able to stream again at the very least! I'll probably be streaming games mostly from my Switch 2 to keep strain off my laptop (that way it can run OBS and my model easier). Games I'm considering to play include Splatoon 3, Pokemon Champions, and other new releases as they come out. 🎮❤️ I know many of you come for my art streams in particular (they're some of my favorite streams to do as well), but until I can find a set up that works on my laptop I won't be able to draw live for awhile. That being said, I have been working on art from my IPad offline. I want to improve my skills and continue working on things for you guys too, so I will probably be uploading sketches and things here on my socials for y'all to enjoy until I can start drawing live again. ✏️✨ I'm sorry the path ahead isn't as clear as I would hope, but I really want to get back to creating awesome content with y'all and just hanging out again on streams. I'll be doing what I can to achieve that while also putting my health first.
