@IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia Thank you for prompt response. Its been 2 years and we have tried everything. The rectification has arisen due to TDS credit mismatch coz of wrongly invoking Rule 37BA. Best if the rectification can be done by CPC itself . As NR, it is extremely difficult to liaise with the AO.

@IncomeTaxIndia 2 years. 7 grievances. A CPGRAM. Multiple rectification applications. Countless calls to CPC. All for a ₹90L TDS error that flipped a ₹44L refund into a ₹45L demand. CPC & AO keep passing the buck. Can anyone help please?@IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia

@IncomeTaxIndia the DSC functionality has not been working since 1 month now. Each time I reach the DSC inputting page, I get the following error:
Something went wrong please try again after some time.
I have sent email to orm ID right now. Please help
