My wife and I are both 30, and are nearing $400,000 in investments combined I feel I reached the point where paying off my mortgage has to be the top priority Agree or disagree?

On March 31st I texted 10 people in my contacts to buy $IBIT . They either didnt answer or made an excuse not to buy it.. The price was $38 Fast foward today, up $8 which is 20% I have to learn to realize the majority of people just don’t care 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can list you 50 stocks / companies that looked unstoppable during Covid that are absolute dogs today. Same during the .com bubble. Same before the financial crisis. Every cycle creates hysterical people convinced “this time is different.” Most narratives eventually collide with reality.
