If you misgender someone even though they're a horrible person you're still an asshole by the way. You're treating identity as a privilege that can be taken away. You don't get a free pass to misgender someone just because you feel like they "deserve it". That isn't okay.

You can't make that plot point a thing and not continue all the characters stories, you run the risk of falling into harmful tropes and feeding into that ideology.

"we dont need characters to develop outside jax/they don't need their arcs finished on screen" actually we do, otherwise Jax's harmful ideology that everyone is an archetype/flat character ends up being true by author incompetence, hope this helps!

@mousiosidy YUP... even moments that should be for other characters felt like they were established for what would be his story later on now that its over.

it's almost like instead of Jax fitting into the story of TADC it was written in a way that everything else was made to fit around Jax. Pomni, Ragatha, Ribbit and Kaufmo all seem to serve more purpose to his story specifically rather than anything else

@_Pareidolia__ @lazkazaz I went back and looked over some of the older episodes and it feels like more of everything was building to one character as opposed to it building to everyone's stuff being addressed unfortunately. 6 feels like it was the culmination of 1-5's development, while-

so whatever we say could become outdated the second the next episode airs, it's usually post the show being ended that like. is the best time. Not immediately, but like a few months when everyone is able to gather their thoughts on ALL of the information.
