@Spiced_A @MaleficTopcat I made a video showing a method that worked for me. Every time I shuffled twice, the balloon ended up at the top, so I popped it and got the skin. The footage is right there. I never claimed it's guaranteed or that it changes the odds. I just shared my experience.

Just look at the comments on the video and see how many people said it didn't work Spreading misinformation will just cause ppl to waste credits

@Spiced_A I edited the last number 3 out of the video. I shuffled 3 sets of 3 and each time I got to number 2, the skin was on the top balloon.

Getting a face cam has to be the most draining thing I’ve ever tried to do. I got everything I needed. Capture card, Chat link, Face cam. Hooked it all up and it didn’t work because the PC I had didn’t have USB 3 ports. Then I’m given a PC that has USB 3 ports, but it can’t run
