@MoneyJCS Hugely positive experiences. One was 12 months in Asia when I was in college I lived in a foreigner dorm, dirt poor microwaving bread with butter on it riding abandoned bikes etc. Other was after college I moved to the other side of the country for a high paying job.

Over the next few months I’m going to try to maintain the 150HRV+ avg, 42RHR- avg, and Whoop biological age reversal stage Main thing I want to improve outside of sleep consistency (mine’s terrible — 53%) is my VO2 Max — currently only around 47. I’d love to see a jump to 54+ over the next few months as well. My blood pressure is also higher than I’d like (stress/sleep v subpar). Going to work to make strides there too. Finally I’m going to see if I can stay under 9% body fat. This is more vanity driven, but I’ve gotten mine down a lot recently (last reading was 8.7) and I think I do objectively look better/healthier. AI is a great tool for optimizing your diet/routine/health btw
