@florinpop17 @lovable Prompting. How it all works. How you go from 0 to done. Who knows!

@MonfangOCE @lovable 🤷🏻♂️ feels simple to me really… not sure what I can teach 😅

🪄 Another AI experiment
This sketch-to-image app took about 40 minutes and 15 prompts to build with @lovable
It lets you draw anything on a canvas, which is then converted to a pretty nice image (depending on your drawing skills 🤣)
The UI part was done from the first prompt. All the colors and sizes, and the delete functionality on the canvas. Pretty nifty!
It's using @replicate's jagilley/controlnet-scribble model to generate the image
The hardest part was to find out which model to use and how it works, because initially it was spitting back the original image until I realized that it's actually 2 images, so I had to get both 😄

@camgomersall This. Massively.
It’s actually what shifted me to white labelling my dev work. Helped so many devs they ended up just asking me to dev for them as their agencies grew.

Want an easy way to attract clients without chasing them?
Then start helping people more.
• Answer design-related questions in Reddit, Twitter, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn comments.
• Join entrepreneur communities. Not just design groups (your clients often aren’t designers).
• Offer solutions, not sales pitches.
Over time, people will naturally see you as an expert and clients will come to you.

Quick question for web designers I am connected with:
Photoshop or Figma—what's your go-to?
Both tools have their strengths, but Figma's collaborative features are unbeatable for web design teams.
Yay or Nay?

@Pratishtha_shri It’s bringing in $$ and is pretty stable!
I’m partnered with 3 really solid agencies right now and am really enjoying it.
English

This might be controversial, but working with other agencies has been more profitable for me than direct clients:
→ 3 agencies now provide steady work
→ Multiple time zones, consistent systems
→ Repeat projects, established processes
Creating systems that scale beyond borders. What's your experience?

Very few people can do agency partnerships properly, or white label web dev for that matter.
What you need:
- Systems and documentation
- Communication
- Consistenty delivery
- Scalable processes
Building my business around serving agencies has been pretty interesting.
What is your ideal client type?
