Hi everyone, so to clear up some stuff about this disqualification: Firstly, I will take full responsibility for my actions and am willing to accept the consequences for offences that are VALID. The first violation, as shown in the first picture, involved my comments, "NEON WALK SHORT," "WHILE WHOLE TEAM GO LONG," and "WTF." While I intended this as a question, I understand that it may have come across as aggressive and that a warning could be warranted. However, I also received a warning for saying, "care cypher lurk c" and "oh shit wrong chat sorry," which seems unreasonable. Additionally, I asked, "what fb" meant, and later learned it stood for "f**cking b*tch." This is shown in the second picture, yet the enemy team received no warning for similar behavior. Next, regarding the body spraying, I apologize for my behavior. I understand that such actions can be seen as disrespectful, and while I believe I was also sprayed in return, I don’t have evidence to support that. I fully accept responsibility for this action and apologize sincerely. Lastly, as for the alleged player harassment, I understand that I should have ignored comments from the opposing team that I found provoking. I responded in frustration, which led to a warning. I see now that there were better ways to handle this situation, which I will take note in the future. I understand that there was a better way for me to respond and reply, but I do feel that the warnings, especially 3 of them, is uncalled for. As soon as I was verbally warned and told to stop typing, I stopped typing. The enemy team did not receive any warnings, even though they also displayed hostility throughout the game. I have provided evidence of this and hope that the BerryFam team will consider treating them fairly, as they did with us. Initially, I received only one warning for the situation, but the opposing team persistently sought ways to find fault, seemingly to gain an advantage, and ultimately succeeded in getting us disqualified. I’ve submitted enough evidence that could warrant three warnings, and I hope this can be reviewed. Everyone in this community knows that I am one who makes a lot of comments and remarks inside the game, but never once did I make an unreasonable nasty remarks at this team, used vulgar language, or said anything out of line. I sincerely apologize to my teammates (@Akame_vlr @AryuVLR @d1sruptVLR @personavlr @kestrelftw @Impecunity_vlr) who were implicated as a result of this incident. My actions have unfortunately affected them, and I am truly sorry for that. I reached out to BerryFam to request that only I be disqualified, but unfortunately, this was not possible. I am grateful to my team also for understanding the situation and holding nothing against me for what I did. I hope that the BerryFam team will reconsider and thoroughly review this verdict, as the opposing team (Perfect 5 Esports), and particularly their manager, P5 Afiq, has failed to respond to me and ignored me when I approached them to solve things amicably. I would also like to thank the BerryFam team and @brandonchenkl for all the help during the course of this tournament and incident.
