That’s how I got monetized. That does work … I was also fortunate to be reposted by a couple accounts over 1M followers too. Gained almost a million impressions that way from each. Helped get what I needed to get monetized. That was two years ago almost I think, wow, has it been that long? 🤔

Just a psa: I actually owe a lot of my account success on social media because I was a reply guy. Posting on just my timeline alone a few years back didn't get results. So, I learned to be one of the first to reply on large accounts. It took time and dedication. Not many have that luxury. My first viral comment ever was on Elon Musks' post a few years back, and he was asking how to improve X. I said to get rid of the p*rn bots. I was sick of seeing them everywhere. Sure enough, they are gone for the most part. Not spamming my replies or others that I can seee. I think that comment alone was 44k likes and many reposts. Even though the reply guy isn't the "in" thing anymore... I still do it. This is how you get account exposure. Most will say it shouldn't be like that, but it works. People naturally gravitate towards my page. The followers came. If you build it, they will come.

This is the real problem with the current algo as I see it. People on the platform pre selected the content they wanted the most by following the accounts they were interested in. But those preferences are now ignored. Nobody joined X to be fed content by an algo. Sad.

ANOTHER TIP: ALWAYS REPOST YOUR COMMENT FROM THESE BIG ACCOUNTS THAT YOU REPLY TO ON YOUR OWN TIMELINE. THAT HELPS YOUR FOLLOWERS SEE YOUR REPLY. AND BRING AWARENESS TO IT.

Got my daily MAHA exercise walk in, did 5.74 mi. It was 36F cloudy, breezy, cold and raw. 🤨 I took a pic of two ducks in a semi-frozen puddle. 🥺 a Momma duck and a baby duck. They were finding something to eat in this water. 🦆

As an American I have a deep LOVBE and affection for the Japanese, always have. I love the culture, the people and always wanted to live there for a couple months to be able to visit as many places there as possble. To go trail hiking in Japan would be a real treat.
