Just pushed a change to fix the LP gains in Masters+ for all regions. 95% of people should be fixed at this point. We've fixed the last 5% as best as possible, but they won't be able to be fully fixed. Sorry for the delay, please let us know if there are any further issues.

Looks like there is a new Last Hit Assistance option getting added soon (NOT ENABLED YET) for NON-RANKED queues. System will show last hit damage thresholds for attack effects on minion health bars. Factors in various (but not all) champ and item on-hit effects, and does not things like spell effects or crit strikes as well as damage type for things like minion resists.
