I should make clear that this is, technically, NailSat2. The first NailSat was great but had no deployment mechanism, snake-based or otherwise, so it only sorta counts. It also used a receive-only radio, which I'm concerned could give a regulatory hook. x.com/i/status/15635…

We have had one problem to overcome so far. I turned off the furnace in the workshop because it was too noisy for videos, and now it's cold. Quick application of a dapper turtleneck sweater and we are back to building.

Bending metal, as they say in #spacecraft and #satellite manufacturing. Is that a saying in all manufacturing? Anyway, in this case it's more cutting a pencil with a Dremel and hot-gluing things together.
