Some years ago I decided it would be better to not store data on my computer hard drive, as laptops come and go. An external hard drive has served me well until today, when the basket holding all my eggs seems to have failed 😨 Trying not to panic but…

The chaos (the tantrum, the refusal, the meltdown) is necessary to learn the calm. The chaos is not the problem, it’s how we respond to the chaos that matters. As a psychologist, I can tell you this: if the big people aren’t okay, the little people won’t be either.
