Massive congratulations to @andrew_mccrea for his PB at Edinburgh marathon on Sunday. Sub 2:50 and bettering his own club marathon record. A phenomenal performance based on six months of hard training. We are all super proud of you Andrew.

Quick run to get our bearings before tomorrow. The fun kicks off at 6 am

5 Spartans are heading to Berlin this weekend to run in the Berlin 100 which follows the route of the old Berlin Wall. Will post updates during the run

Tour of the Island Marathon hosted by WeRunWild. Beautiful course with the occasional small hillock. Well done to Julie, Gillian and Brian who took part

Great turnout from the club at today’s 99th running of the flat fast Whitehead 5 miler. Always a great race with a super feed afterwards

Really enjoyed the @MonkstownAC Belfast Zoo 5k...except for my own daughter shouting at me whilst plodding past on the first of two laps, "Run faster fatty!" and then creasing herself laughing about it. 😆 Well done to all involved. 🦒🐅🦁🦍🦧🏃🏼🏃‍♀️

Everyone here in London is insisting -5C is shorts weather for running and I can’t decide if Brits are hardier or Americans are just soft
