We have a surprise keg release for you today! On tap now: Vanilla Walrus – 4.6% abv - We took one single keg of Feisty Walrus and added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean. The vanilla perfectly complements the notes of coffee and chocolate in this English Style Brown Ale.

Winter is saying ‘Hello’ for hopefully the last time this weekend, so stop down and cozy up to the bar and grab yourself a pint of our Macadamia Milk Stout! The taproom opens at noon.

Today is Monolithic Fish Fry-day starting at 3pm. We're serving our Beer Battered Cod, Bang Bang Shrimp Cocktail, and Crab Bisque in addition to our normal menu. Fish will be available until 8pm. We'll also have the Nebraska Basketball game playing on both TVs at 5:30pm!

Our Monolithic St. Patrick’s Day Celebration is one week away and we'll be opening early at noon. We'll have Green Beer and Reuben Sandwiches available! We're also on the last keg of Spaghetti Policy Hazy IPA, so come get it before it's gone! The taproom opens at 3pm.

Come rain or shine, today is Fish Fry-day at Monolithic starting at 3pm! We’ll be serving Fish & Chips (available until 8pm), Bang Bang Shrimp Cocktail, and Crab Bisque in addition to our normal menu. Pair them with our new English dessert inspired beer – Amanda’s Banoffee Pie.

St. Patrick’s Day is two weeks away on Tuesday March 17th. We will be serving Green Beer, Reuben Sandwiches, and of course, our Irish Red Ale! We figured we’d get in the spirit early and tap our Fool For you Irish Red today. Stop down for a pint! The taproom opens at 3 p.m.

Omaha Beer Week rolls on at Monolithic today with a very special beer release! On tap now: Brooklyn Baby – 8% abv - This Hazy Double IPA drew inspiration from Shane's craft brewery visits in Brooklyn, NY. It’s loaded with Mosaic and Motueka hops. The taproom opens at 3 p.m.

Today is our Omaha Beer Week Macadamia Nut Milk Stout and Cookies Night! We’ll be serving fresh baked Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies. On tap now: Macadamia Milk Stout – 5.5 % abv – Our creamy Milk Stout base conditioned on loads of macadamia nuts.

Monolithic Fish Fry-day starts today, Fri 2/20, runs every Fri. during Lent, 3–8pm. Enjoy fried fish and new seafood apps: Fish & Chips, Bang Bang Shrimp, Crab Bisque, Banoffee Dessert Cups. Try Amanda’s Banoffee Pie Cream Ale and Gone Fishin’ Light Lager. Taproom opens at 3 pm.

Monolithic Fish Fry-day’s begin this Friday! This year we decided to brew a special beer for fish fry season. On tap now: Gone Fishin’ – An American Light Lager brewed with American barley, rice, and noble hops. It’s light and crisp and is the perfect pairing with our fried fish

New Beer Alert: Quincentennial – 5.5% abv – This West Coast Pale Ale marks our 500th batch of beer brewed here at Monolithic! To celebrate, we chose a combo of Centennial and Cascade hop which brings classic flavors and aromas of citrus and pine. Taproom opens at 3pm.

We have a new keg of Fruited Shandy plus a grilled cheese special to kick off the week! Blackberry Shandy –– Our Lemon Shandy with loads of fresh blackberry puree. Classic Grilled Cheese with American and cheddar, served with San Marzano Tomato Bisque Taproom opens at 3pm.

We have a new Feisty Walrus variant on tap today to close out the weekend! S’mores Walrus – 4.6% abv – Toasted marshmallows and graham cracker combine with the roasty chocolate flavors of our English style Brown Ale creating a libation reminiscent of the classic campfire treat.

Shane’s Spicy Challenge kicks off at 1pm today! Come down and cheer on 12 competitors tackling a pint of Carolina Reaper Chupacabra and 8 crazy-hot Plum Creek Farms wings. The sauce blends Reaper, Scorpion, Pepper X, and sauces from Volcanic Peppers. Taproom opens at noon.

We like to counteract these cold days with a beer steeped with ingredients that will transport you somewhere warmer, this brand-new Feisty Walrus variant fits the bill. Now on tap: Coconutty Walrus – 4.6% abv - Our Feisty Walrus Brown Ale steeped with house toasted coconut.

This Tues. Jan. 20th James Beard nominated chef Ben Maides from Au Courant will be in the house serving their hand-made Tagliatelle Pasta Bolognese in a bag from 4-8pm. It will get very busy, so the spaghetti along with 4 pack of Spaghetti Policy Hazy IPA will be available to go.
