Even if Jack Perry did say something, that doesn't give the man carte blanche to attack his fellow employee. Especially at their job of employment. Just because Punk didn't outright lie doesn't make him look any better when looking at the clip- just makes Tony as bad.

It partially does. It was a pointless clip to air, and made AEW look bad for airing it, but the clip definitely shows that Punk is hot-headed and very thin skinned to start a useless attack. Not only that, he barely did any damage as he said to Jack.

OK, Punk clearly downplayed his hissy fit, but admittedly, there wasn't enough in that footage to warrant taking TV time away to air that for a pro wrestling angle. Very bizarre on Tony Khan's part.

What the clip basically showed was that Punk lied. Perry wasn’t in his space. Punk was the one who approached him and he was the aggressor. And it wasn’t just a choke, he threw a punch. I know many will ignore that. It’s cool. But that was the footage. #AEWDynamite

Cena makes sense. He got beat by the bloodline, and Undertaker suffered a lose to Roman Reigns in the past at Wrestlemania, and feuded with The Rock in the past.

Look, I don't blame CM Punk for his recent comments. He was asked about it, and decided not to run away from the question, but he is a main contributor to AEW's rapid decline in popularity, so I can't blame AEW for wanting to set any record straight.

It's wild to think that this is the weekend of the 40th edition of Wrestlemania - the biggest event in pro wrestling - and there's more buzz about AEW showing backstage footage at All In 2023. Absolutely wild.

I'm willing to give it a chance. The Rock hasn't produced anything quality related since he returned in 2011. It wasn't to his 2003 standard, but was definitely a breath of fresh air from what nostalgia act he was putting on for the last 13 years.

When I say it needs to go, I mean it needs to be the only driving force to selling tickets. WWF business was very good when the heroes were usually the World Champ for years. Having Cody wait post Wrestlemania is just ridiculous at this point.

The thing is - you can't keep pushing his win back for too long. This old school mentality of babyfaces chasing the heel champions needs to go. Verne Gagne had to learn the hard way when he kept putting off Hulk Hogan's AWA title win. AWA tanked 6 years later.

Bryan lost a majority of his matches, while Cody has won 90% of them since coming back. There isn't one thing about WWE's booking of Cody that makes me think he is NOT the next guy. You all know Cody will eventually win the WWE Universal title; it's practically guaranteed. It was NEVER a guarantee for Daniel Bryan. What happened at Wrestlemania 30 was a legit miracle. All the stars had to align for Bryan to get that main event spot, including CM Punk walking out and leaving Triple H without an opponent for Wrestlemania. The two should not be compared.

But, who could care at this point? Roman's title reign has been built super artificially. And you had the perfect opportunity to "finish the story" Instead, Cody's possibly going after the participation trophy against a guy he already beat 3 times.
