After a long loser's bracket run, @Firestar73_ wins a decisive game 5 to win the Orlando Regional Championship. Allegedly this celebration was unsportsmanlike, resulting in a game loss and giving NTC The win. I'm at a loss for words, I feel so bad for firestar.

@MikMaster99 I mean thats just not true (I dont play singles so speaking on doubles here), abilities like multiscale have shown to be strong already (E.G Lunala) Just because fake out exists doesnt Negate that, because sometimes there might be a bigger threat to fake out

@MikMaster99 Idk how good it'll be competitively, but its objectively not worse, its faster, bulkier and now a special attacker meaning it can make use of its incredible amount of special coverage moves, its a lot better than base imo unlike smth like Garchomp (bless up Z-A for fixing that)

More damage = More recoil = More chance of dying in 1 turn AND his speed stat is straight doodoo, too fast to be a trick room sweeper, too slow to outside average speed mons, meaning its very easy for it to get taken out b4 doing smth

@atchfam77 @PJiggles_ reckless stab flare blitz is one of the hardest hitting things in the game still. Hes a big stick but an effective one. New ability for the mega is hot ass tho, REALLY should have been Supreme Overlord

@BlueSailor_198 @atchfam77 @PJiggles_ It also won a regional in that same year but the format didnt have that many strong pokemon bar the Genies, so the pickings weren't amazing to begin with, and while I dont think its the worst starter, even the guy that used it (Wolfie) said he still thinks its 7th worst starter😅

@PJiggles_ @BeastMode4TM In terms of competitive pokemon, Having a mega doesn't automatically make you better than the none mega counterpart, main example being Mega Garchomp just being worse than regular garchomp. M sceptile just doesn't benefit enough from its mega to make it much better unfortunately
