@RoyalMail what in earth is going on with your company at the moment?? I've requested two seperate parcels to be delivered to a collection office and both requests were ignored. Your staff at the home counties north depot lied about having one of them... why is this happening??

@4thUtilityUK why am I not getting the speeds your company has promised me? I pay for your highest speed connection which is supposed to be 900mbps but consistently my speed drops to 15mbps. I'm getting a bit sick of paying for your services when your connection is so unstable!
