Once you understand that the Black Left’s project is to convince ADOS of our own intellectual inferiority, & admonish us for not reading enough—without once having assessed what we’ve actually read or understood —it all makes sense. The Black Left’s project is to berate us for standing in the way of revolutionary progress because we are not erudite men & women. That’s it. Once you see it, everything makes sense. It’s like solving a puzzle.

We have for too long been stuck with two very bad options— 1/ Fake revolutionaries who believe nothing except revolution can improve the material quality of life for ADOS people. 2/ The Black misleadership class, which manages our expectations to the point of believing hardly anything is possible through politics. The ADOS movement is the answer that there is a more meaningful politics.

Policies that address the needs of black ppl (because why would I center black voters when they’re a deep minority) are not on the ballot. When they are it’s third parties pushing them. I vote third party often. Black ppl should too.

Because my main goal is to improve the lives of ADOS people, not be Che Guevara. If that’s your job, go do it. If that’s your project, go work on it. Capitalism exists today. Just because I want this country to pay a debt doesn’t mean I have to agree with the system. People harmed by slavery and Jim Crow etc shouldn’t have to wait for a revolution that may never happen to get what’s owed.

I think that that’s great that your parents were able to do that for you. The thing is, that still leaves out all the Black people who didn’t go to college. Everyone doesn’t have life insurance policies or burial insurance for loved ones, or real wealth to pass down.

I have two bachelors and one masters all paid for by my parents who due to grants and scholarships went to college in the 70s for free. Free college for them made my life possible. So I think free college benefits Black wealth lol cause that’s how I got it! My dad passed away and left me $400k may the Lord bless his name. My life is set and comfortable bc my mama and daddy went to college for free.
