a month ago i offered to pay his full rate and formally apologized (attached) for being unable to repost his content to lead my audience to find his page. it was a fundamental oversight on my behalf. although they haven’t stopped harassing me.
i have never not paid out animators. I have commissioned thousands of artists and i will continue to commission more because i believe in propelling art forward.

@InfernoOmni The artist agreed to what BB's SM team offered. Like I understand BB sucks for not following thru with the repost but apprently the artist didn't even meet the deadline either. I think both parties messed up here. Its not a one or the other situation I feel like.

I've been looking into this subject pretty deeply. I think all of this could have been avoided if your team didn't spread such a wide net. Follow two rules:
1) If an artist has a pay range, pay it. Do not DM them if you can't afford them in attempts to haggle 40%-60% cuts. Don't come in attempting to undercut their worth.
2) If an artist is new and doesn't know what to charge, be prepared to offer the Market Rate. Offering anything below the Market Rate is, in my opinion, taking advantage of newer artist.
It's that simple. Yes, it means you'll have less commissions. But ensuring each artist gets paid what they're worth is how you properly support the art community.

One is literally just an artist who made art at a discount to get extra promo in which they didn’t receive because they’re “an nsfw account” despite that being detailed in the screenshot you sent, who was then ignored for months until it got to a point where bbno$ was getting shit and paid em out. Theres only one shitty side to this and it’s the person who failed to hold up their side of an argument despite having dozens of employees working for him who all somehow seemed to fail at a very simple task
This was a discussion that could’ve been resolved in private, but the fact that the artist had to spam the fuck out of bbno$’ comments shows that there was zero communication and he was completely cut off after not receiving his side of the deal
