MCPS is Code Yellow: Delayed Opening for Monday, Dec. 15, with schools and offices opening two hours late. Morning, all-day, and after-school childcare programs may operate as scheduled; families are encouraged to check directly with their childcare provider.

Forecasts are calling for cold temperatures & potential snow accumulation of 1–3 inches overnight 12/13 into 12/14 morning. Community use of our school buildings on Sunday, Dec. 14, is canceled. We will share an update on Sunday by 5 pm, concerning any impact on school on 12/15.

☀️Community Use Update ☀️ | Allowances for Cancellations Due to Heat Advisory Due to a heat advisory predicting temps under the heat index near 105 degrees, CUPF is giving permit holders the option to cancel their permits for community use on Thursday, July 17, 2025, and receive a refund for fees paid. This applies to permits for indoor and outdoor spaces.
