Ofc they'll never raise the wages. u're getting paid 2$ by ur employer & getting maybe 2× or 3× that in tips. and then get mad at the CUSTOMER if they didn't tip you. Why would they EVER raise the wages. Its a win for ur employer, they don't have to pay and will never be blamed.

Like, blame the greedy person employing you and not paying you? Nooo. Blame the customer for not paying you? Yeah sure. What a stupid logic. Yall r never never gonna get paid. All yall are willing to do is complain and blame other employees and customer but never the corporate.

Its not MY job to find a solution for u either. Its ur country and your employer who is not paying u. You dont even want to blame them for not paying you and are blaming the costumer for not paying you. Y should i find a solution for u? U seem happy with the arrangement u have 🤷‍♀️

Go find another job or get a second job or protest or idk do somthing instead of blaming the wrong person for not paying u.

@CaptainPikeachu @SocialEngland66 And especially when they see that you're not even blaming them for not getting paid properly but blaming THE CUSTOMER for not paying you. Why even bother raising it? They're already not being blamed and no one is pushing back on the low pay. Its a win-win for them.

@CaptainPikeachu @SocialEngland66 & they won't raise it if u're already getting paid by the customer. Everyone is paying the workers Not just the tourists. Why would they raise your wage when u're already getting paid by the costumers (tourist or local) almost double what you would get by your employer?🤷‍♀️
