الغضب تملك مني بسبب كل اللي بيحصل في العالم الفترة الاخيرة و اللي بيحصل في حياتي انا شخصيا قعدت سنين اعالج في الغضب ده زمان عشان كان بيسبب عصبية مؤذية ليا وللناس اللي حواليا محدش من الناس اللي تعرفني حاليا تعرف قد ايه انا إنسان عصبي اتمنى اقدر اسيطر ع نوبة الغضب ديه بسرعة

@davesnx It's crazy good, I combined it with /write-prd & /prd-to-issues into a single skill that i and my agent start with before we touch code, sessions become consistent and less error prune. @mattpocockuk skills repo is very very helpful
