I grew up Baptist, was deeply involved in the Christian church as a young adult. I have been through many phases of being a Christian. I have family members who are deep into Christian evangelism. This ain’t normal.

Catholics don’t idolize Mary. We venerate her. Veneration is about respect and honoring the mother of Christ. Idolization is an irrational devotion of perceived divine status. And parts of the Hail Mary are taken from scripture from the Gospel of Luke and asking for her intercession to pray for us sinners is interpreted from James in regard to asking Christians to pray for one another. Catholics masses do not have sections where Mary takes center stage.

In the NBA you can promote Black Lives Matter, LGBTQIA delusions but if you proclaim Christianity they cut you from the team. The NBA and the Chicago Bulls need to immediately reverse their decision.
